Non-Refundable Rate Policy

All reservations at PHEIA Resort are made under a Non-Refundable Rate policy. To confirm and guarantee a booking, full prepayment (100% of the total stay) is required within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of booking.

Payment can be completed via:

Bank transfer, or
Secure online payment link
On-line Booking Engine

Once the payment is completed, the proof of payment must be sent to reservations@pheia.com in order to finalize and confirm the reservation. If payment is not received within the 48-hour deadline, the property reserves the right to
cancel the reservation without prior notice.

Cancellations - No Show - Modifications

All reservations are strictly non-refundable. In case of cancellation for any reason, the total amount of the stay will be charged and no refund will be issued.
In case of No Show, the full reservation amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
No changes to dates or reduction of stay duration are allowed after the reservation has been confirmed.
Early departures do not entitle guests to any refund for unused nights.

Evening Noise Policy

PHEIA is located in a lively coastal area, with a number of nearby entertainment venues. During the summer season, music and other noise from surrounding venues may be audible in guest rooms during the evening and can continue until approximately 01:30.

Guests who are particularly sensitive to noise are kindly advised to take this into consideration when selecting their room and before confirming their reservation.

Please note that noise originating from external venues is outside of PHEIA's control. No refunds, discounts, compensation, or cancellations without charge will be offered due to noise from neighbouring venues or the surrounding area. By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Force Majeure

The property shall not be held responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or any other force majeure events.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the above booking, payment, and cancellation policy.
